These terms are written in plain language for the current product stage. DailyCanvas.ai is a private personal workspace for organizing life and work records. It can help a person see, remember, and act, but it does not replace judgment, professional advice, or emergency support.
Use of the product
Use DailyCanvas.ai to capture, organize, review, and retrieve your own personal work and life information. The product is meant to help people carry less in their head and act more honestly from what is visible.
Because the app is personal, it should be used with the same care as a notebook, filing cabinet, or private working wall. Do not use the service to store illegal content, attack the service, interfere with other users, or treat the product as a place for anything you would not be prepared to be responsible for.
Your responsibility
The product helps you see and organize information. You remain responsible for decisions, actions, commitments, and any professional advice you need. DailyCanvas.ai can make a situation clearer; it cannot live the life for you.
This boundary is important. A personal operating system can reduce confusion, preserve memory, and make the next step more visible. It should not be mistaken for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or professional judgment. When the situation requires a qualified person, the product should not pretend to be one.
Product changes
DailyCanvas.ai is still evolving. Features, AI assistance, account controls, and paid plans may change as the SaaS foundation matures.
The product direction is to keep the core personal operating loop usable without AI, while future paid AI features remain optional and explicit. If the service changes, the change should make the product more trustworthy and useful, not more complicated for the sake of appearing larger.
